trimster
We did tons of miles on bad roads this past 30 days. I know the front ends are built to take a beating, but any value in putting on a steering stabilizer on the truck? Sure helped my Dodge 3500 when I put an aftermarket unit on. skp51443
We didn't feel we needed one for several years, then we were seeing lane wander and some pulling on crowned roads that made us think of one as an option. Talked to a very good IH alignment guy, he drove the truck about 100 feet and told us we needed both axles aligned. Cost less than the stabilizer and put the truck back to driving like it did when we first got it. The key is finding a good alignment guy, mine retired and the fellow that replaced him wasn't anyone you'd want working on your truck.
