linnemj
My wife and I were going to stay at Raccoon Valley Campground near Heiskell, TN for 3 months. I called today to make a reservation and was told that they limited the number of campsites on a monthly rate. This means we would have to pay the more expensive weekly rate until (and if) a monthly rate became available. I would think this should be mentioned on the rate page of the website. Do all the Escapee campgrounds operate like this?

bigjim
I agree that it is interesting and did not know it. I guess that reinforces making a phone call or doing an email inquirey in regard to some situations. I have been caught short a few times on campgrounds being full up for certain time periods. So far I haven't drawn a blank for at least the night at any SKP's parks or co-ops but it has been close a couple of times.
