Its called Kong Squeaky Clean Waterless Spray Shampoo. I don't know if it qualifies as "dry", its a liquid spray on, brush off or towel off. Does the job, my black lab doesn't mind it and it doesn't leave either of us gagging over the smell. A few others we tried smelled more like NV cat house perfumes. We only use it in winter time when its longer between real baths. During summer my lab rides the back of my ATV, swims in any lake or river we pass, and gets plenty of real baths.
