We are selling because we bought a permanent vacation home and will not be using it enough to keep. 2015 Winnebago Vista 35B. Purchased 7/31/15 for $120,545. Still under warranty with Winnebago. There are 3 years left on (1) Preserve Extended Protection Plan Motor Home Elite Wrap, original cost $4260 3 of 5 year plan left (2) Interior/exterior sealant also 3 of 5 yr plan left original cost $1495 (free reapplication in year 3,4 and 5) (3) R.O.A.D Intire tire and wheel coverage also 3 of 5 year left original cost $795 (4) Coach Net Premier Coach 3 of 5 year left original cost $745. All the extended warranties are good until 7/31/2020. All maintenance and upgrades were done at the same service center RCD in ohio. Upgrades (1) roadmaster anti-sway bars 1 3/4" $2,250 (2) Safe T Plus steering control $896 (3) full rock guard $329 (4) Tire extenders $190 (5) 22 ft. flag pole buddy $150 (6) outdoor carpet, sunblocker 10x6. The warranties value for 3 years left would be $4,350 and added features new would cost $3800. The tow behind is a 2015 Ford Focus SE with 5,500 miles purchased 10/3/15. We upgraded with Katzkim Leather seats and the Polysteel Gold paint package (3 of 5 years left) and paid $21,000 before tax. We added a complete flat tow package for $4300. RVI braking system, Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain Tow bar and hitch. We have a firm price of $95,000 for the Class A RV, Toad, all equipment and warranties. We are located in Ohio. .
