Come along as we explore a few different areas along the 395 HWY in California. Rv living allows us the freedom to travel where ever our hearts, by simply following the weather and maintaining a strong cellular signal. While camping north of Bishop California we head into town to explore there small shops and grab some coffee. The following day we wake up pretty early to make the trek north up the 395 to Ruby Lake Trail Head. The hike ends up being a perfect day hike in an extremely beautiful area. On our drive back to camp/home we decide to hitch up and head south back to Fossil Falls for the night. They have a small campsite that is VERY primitive, but only $6 a night.
So, my dad is selling his motor home. It's a 2000 Winnebago Adventurer, 32 foot, with a living room slide out, Class A, Gasoline, with approx 110,000 miles on it. It is currently at a storage facility in Georgetown, TX. If you are interested in looking at it or purchasing it, please email my dad at firstname.lastname@example.org, or me at email@example.com He has taken meticulous care of it when he was using it, but has not used it in a few years, and at 87, is just not able to keep driving it. He just put a brand new battery in it, and it runs fine, just needs an inspection. It's in pretty good shape, but here is the disclosure list from him: -Exterior body damage to left rear ( I looked, it's a small, cosmetic thing, but pics to come) -Tires may/may not need replacement because of age/dry-rot -Roof needs refinishing and caulking around all items (not leaking, just a regular maintenance issue for it's age) -Windshield and all windows need re-caulking/sealant (same thing: no leaks, just maintenance) -Coach A/C cooling questionable -Annual safety inspection due and may show additional problems He's kept it at a storage facility, under a roof, since he hasn't been using it, and I went and cleaned it out, but left all the bed linens, and tools/extra parts specific to it's maintenance for the next owner. It looks great, but the carpets could use a shampoo...no visible stains, just regular dirt from foot traffic. Other than a rug shampoo, it's super clean, especially considering it's age. Can send more pics if you contact one of us. We are looking to get $12K, OBO
