  1. SOLD! SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD!SOLD! Thanks to all for your interest. (original post starts below this point) We've been preparing for a few years now and the time has come for us to sell our sticks 'n bricks and begin our full time adventuring. We've setup our Arizona nest to be our forever paradise if only we were here long enough to enjoy it. As a result we have just announced to our neighbors that we're selling our home to begin our full time lifestyle adventure. As we begin to hit the road we know that some of us are on the opposite side of the adventure and want to slow down their movements, be close-by their doctors or to snowbird between the adventures in a house. This post is for anyone in our midst that might be interested in a Southern Arizona Home with a fully enclosed RV Garage. I've added a link at the bottom if you'd like to see photos. Please share this with any of your friends & family that has always loved Arizona as we have over the past 24 years. Beautifully remodeled 3 bdrm. that features two master bedrooms! Each with private bath. The 3rd bedroom has been our office/library. The property has a pool with integral spa, designer kitchen and laundry. 18" X 42" RV Garage complete with a loft and power lift for loading and unloading your stuff. There's a large separate workshop or storage room that has 3 tiers of Heavy Duty shelving. The home has a huge outdoor covered living room overlooking the Santa Rita Mountain Range plus much much more on .41 Acres. Heated and cooled square footage is approx 2222 Sq. Ft. It is a Southwestern Territorial designed home that speaks to us in the language of manana and manana is good enough for us! Most furnishing (Mission Styled) can be available if requested for those of you that are snow birds seeking a furnished home. Our home is in Green Valley AZ just 20 minutes S of Tucson. It's known as a very popular retirement community and is 95% age restricted (55+) There is an option in our neighborhood for the new owner to join GVR (Green Valley Recreation) and have access to all the community clubs, pools, facilities, etc. Asking price is in the mid 300's for this mature location with no HOA. Children are welcome however most of our neighbors are retired. 25 minutes from Tucson International Airport just up I-19. 35 minutes from the Nogales Arizona Port of Entry 2 hours from Phoenix Please use my email contact address of stippey47 at gmail.com for initial contact. Private party inquiries only Thanks! Tipper
