  1. I have a 2009 Toyota Tacoma SR-5 Access Cab with a 6' bed. It is a V6 with 4 wheel drive automatic. Why spend weeks and thousands of dollars setting up a rig to tow 4 down. I can tell you from 45 years of RV experience, you don't want to tow on a trailer or tow dolly. 4 down is the ONLY way to go. Included in this price is a Remco drive line disconnect (just pull a lever next to the drivers seat), a Break Buddy breaking system with wireless sensor, a top-of-the line Roadmaster Sterling tow hitch all wired and ready to go and Firestone Air Bags with remote air system controllable from inside the cab. If you are buying a motorhome and want to tow a 'toad', this is the perfect system and it's all ready to go. We put an ATV in the truck bed and used the Firestone air bags to level the truck bed. I purchased this Toyota new in 2009. I am the original owner. My Toyota has less then 48,000 miles. This is a four door access cab. You can put 4 adults inside. It's been impeccably maintained. It has never been in an accident. All of the front is covered with a plastic anti ding coating so the truck looks great. There is one very small 3/4" ding in the rear corner bumper where someone dinged it while my wife was parked in a parking lot. Most folks would have a hard time even finding it. Other than that, it is in pristine condition. My Toyota also has a 2" wired tow hitch. All these extras that make this rig the perfect ready to go 'toad' costs about $6000 stalled new plus the hours and hours and hours spent getting all this stuff done. I have lot's of high quality photos I can send you directly. Phil 503-678-7999 Oregon

  4. Located in the Foothills just east of Yuma Arizona. Leave the cold behind and come to Yuma for some of the warmest and sunniest weather in the western US during the winter months. This is one of the nicest premium over sized RV lots for rent in the newest phase of the Yuma Foothills. Most lots are 65' X 120'. This lot is 65' X 180' and backs to the largest wash. This lot is right on the wash. This means you have no immediate neighbors on two sides. It has a spectacular view of the wash and the Gila Mountains only 2 miles to the east. The open desert and two golf courses are just two blocks away. If you like off - roading or ATVing, you can drive right into the open desert and also onto the Barry Goldwater Range (thousands of acres of back country). Great location. . .. . .only 20 minutes to Yuma and major shopping. Four Walmart Super Stores and a Sam's Club. Algadones, Mexico is 30 minute away (dental care and drugs for @ .25 cents on the dollar) . Site has 3-50 amp electrical services (all three have their own separate meter) , sewer and water. Lot is graveled and completely surrounded by a 3' high brick wall. Lot includes an 8' X 10' storage shed. You can use this lot for RVs, cababa's or homes or any combination. There is now a beautiful high end cabana on the lot to the west. All utilities are underground. The Foothills is one of the nicest RV areas in the United States.. Address is 14623 E 48th Drive, Yuma, AZ 85367 Price is $95K. I paid about $134,000 for this lot and shed and utility redo about 7 years ago. Any questions, call Phil at 503-678-7999.

  13. $83900.........About 49,000 miles.........one owner coach. Always garaged in a climate controlled garage when not on the road. Lots of extras and ready to hit the road. Just a few of the extras........Safe-T-Plus steering control.......SlimSlider storage slides in four compartments. Two slides go all the way through and two go part way. You'll never have to get down on your knees on the ground (like your RV friends....oh, they'll be so envious) and pull out all your 'stuff' to find something. EVERYTHING in your compartments can be reached standing up. All the storage compartment doors fold all the way up against the side of the coach......no running into compartment doors....boy does that hurt! New Winegard automatic HD satellite dish and a 32' HD flat screen. 2000 watt inverter, 3- 125 watt solar panels (375 total watts). This coach is set up for easy boondocking. Two fuel filters (one is a Dahl with water separator), side radiator for easy maintenance, 150 gallon diesel tank. Automatic hydraulic leveling. Heated chrome remote mirrors. This has a kitchen/living room slide and a bedroom slide, full sized queen Select Comfort air bed, built in security safe. Engine is a 370 hp Cummins ISL with a six (6) speed Allison transmission with exhaust brake. Two ducted air conditioner/heat pumps. All wheels are Alcoa Dura Bright - no polish wheels. Floor plan is SIMILAR. Interior colors are light green and beige. IMPORTANT NOTE: this coach has NEVER been driven in snow or ice so there is no deterioration from road salt like all rigs that have been driven in northern states. Contact Phil at 503-678-7999. Email is prs5545@yahoo.com. Email for additional photos. Here are some in Dropbox... https://www.dropbox.com/sh/cpre5wf2sqcttvi/AAAC2n68-O-Q5m8WaiQtZsKda?dl=0
