I have a backup camera that is tied into my Garmin GPS, camera is hardwired for power but wirelessly transmits to GPS. It works alright but picture is fairly poor quality. However it allows me to be gentle on the trailer. If I am at some sort of real awkward hitching angle, I have found that I just Facetime my wife and let her stand between the kingpin and the trailer and then I get a very high definition video of the hitch backing directly to the kingpin by viewing her feed on my phone in the cab.
I also have the Furrion camera system on my 5th wheel that allows me to see my side views and rear view behind the trailer when on the road or backing into a site....works very well.
