  1. thank you everyone for this help. I feel very confident now
  2. Hi. I will be travelling in Canada (mostly east coast) this year, and hopefully the US next year. Does anyone know where I can fill my propane tank on my motorhome, and if there is an app or a website that tells me the filling locations? Thanks
  3. Thanks everyone for your input. After reading all of this, and with some other research, a brake buddy is how I am going
  4. Hi I am wondering if it is necessary to have a spearate brake system on the car I am towing behind my 32' motorhome using a blue ox towing system. The car will be a 2017 Hyumdai Elantra. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
  5. hmm, I will look into that - I haven't heard of that before....
  6. Hi. Newby here again. We are Canadian and will be travelling with our Class A motorhome in USA as well as Canada. Trying to figure out which Roadside Assistance to purchase, CAA or Good Sam. I have read some reviews but a lot seem to be from years ago, and there seems to be quite a few unhappy customers. I am hopeful that after the negative reviews, that either/both companies have improved . I am wondering if anyone has an opinion, or advice to give me, or some recent experience to share. Thanks in advance, I appreciate all of you!
  7. Thanks once again. Some good things for me to learn, research and more things to look into. I appreciate all the help
  8. Thank you for these suggestions. I now have some more research to do . Thank you!!
  9. Hi. My husband and I are in the process of buying a motorhome to travel across the USA next winter for 4 months. We will want to watch some tv while we are gone. Everything from live tv, to live sports, netflix, and some other things in between. The people at the rv stores say it is a very easy thing to do, but they don't seem to give me a straight answer to exactly how it can be done. One thing that seems to be said quite regularly is go through DISH. Well, I tried, but I live in Canada and they don't answer a phone from Canada, so I can't get any more info from them. Is there anyone out there that can help me? I would need to know what exactly I need to do, and exactly what I would need on the motorhome that I will purchase. The motorhomes we have been looking at are usually 2007-2010 models. Thank you
