Yes, I tried turning off each circuit breaker. There is no sound or attempt to move when I try to lower it. The TV works. Thank you for your reins.

I have a tv mount that should lower behind the fireplace. It will not move. None of the circuit breakers seem to be flipped. Anyone have a solution?

Standard receivers are being outdated and will no longer work. I have an HD receiver with a dish on a portable stand which I understand is not allowed. I part time in fiver which is never moved. I too have been with DTV for over 20 years and plan to give it up for streaming. Since AT&T took over, service has gone to the pits, cost is ridiculous, and they are losing channels.

I have a 38.5 fiver which is registered in AZ. BarbaraOK gave the best answer.

I hope by now you have resolved this. Shortly after reading this my Kindle also froze. Went to the Kindle site and found solution. Held power button down for 40 seconds, then I was able to reset without a problem.
