  1. This is the coverage -- As a Coach-Net Premier Coach Member you have access to 24/7 unlimited roadside assistance for all your vehicles - anything you own, rent or borrow - plus RV Technical Assistance, nationwide tire delivery services, concierge services, and more. Your membership also includes coverage for trailers, tow dollies, boat trailers, and utility trailers...
  2. Yes, of course you have to have Premier coverage for all your vehicles and trailers. But they certainly came to the rescue for my unattached trailer, also for various cars, motorhome and truck. $169/year
  3. Fortunately, Coach-Net still covers your motor home, trailers, and other vehicles you own under one policy. No questions when you need help, no matter where you might be. No problem if you have another vehicle with a "BED". No surprise bills after service, either. Thank Heaven For Them!
  4. p.s. I've been asking now for 16 months!! No real answers, just bad experiences.
  5. But this is the answer! DO NOT trust this program! Coach Net DOES cover ALL vehicles and towed trailers, things with beds or just with wheels. No questions asked and no charge out of pocket for towing, tire changes, jumps or anything else, even in Alaska! Thank heaven I was so skeptical and renewed with them as usual. This is SO disappointing! We need to learn more about Escapees offers and hear real experiences!
  6. I started posting to this topic in Jan and April 2019, and at least then Safe Ride answered the darned phone! Thank heaven I renewed with Coach Net, because this whole nightmare story from the Escapees program makes my hackles rise! Good grief, someone definitely dropped the ball and we got suckered into a morass of pain. Coach Net was and remains the only reliable option for those of us who depend on roadside assistance for ALL our rigs with wheels! Shame on Escapees for letting everyone down. I hope they will finally have the guts and grace to respond and apologize.
  7. FMCA has the same SafeRide company as Escapees... which still means that only one of the vehicles can have a bed space. Call them and check if that's not the case! I'd like to know.
  8. Feel free to open a new topic if you want and you can post my response too, if it might help someone.
  9. I never got any response... which makes me skeptical by itself... But I did learn this, by calling SafeRide Motor Club directly -- If your roadside assistance membership now includes everything you own, like mine does ( motor home and car in Arizona, 4WD truck and Subaru in Alaska, as well as two old trailers -- one for storage and another an antique Aitrstream which is not self contained but does have a bed), then you must buy TWO full membership plans from Escapees instead of the one I have now with Coach Net. So automatically the cost is much more with Escapees. If all your rigs still add up to just one with room for a bed or beds, then you only need one plan and it will be cheaper. But if you haul a 5th wheel with a truck that includes a sleeping area, even if the bed has been removed, then you need two plans. The number of plans depends on the space for a bed! For me, Coach Net has been tried and true, no matter what "thing with wheels" I call them about, never a penny of charge to me. And there have been plenty of tire changes, tows, jump starts, and other issues. So I renewed with them, even though the Escapees plan seemed pretty good. I love Escapees, and still want to learn more about their Roadside Assistance service! Who has needed it and what happened?
  10. Please! Follow up... Has anyone used Escapes Roadside Assistance? (Especially in Alaska where I live?) What was your experience? My CN is due to renew but every year the price goes up! I'd like to support Escapees too, but when we need help we really need it! All you who wrote about this last year... What happened?
