I see by your signature you are an old bubblehead like me.  I also see you rode a boomer too.  I was on the Abraham Lincoln SSBN 602 Blue where I was sent TDY when she came back from Holy Loche.  I was with her for refit in Mare Island and rode her to Pearl thinking I was going on patrol out of Guam but I got orders to Squadron 17 in Pearl and back to San Diego for EPDOPAC.  I also rode the Seafox SS 402 where I qualified before being on the Lincoln.  I was a YN2 when I was on both boats.  Did a WestPac on the Sea Fox in ‘70.
