Replacing the two flooded cell batteries in my 2016 Navion 24J, after a year of full-timing. I haven't been very diligent in how i discharge/charge these batteries, and they are showing the signs of sulfating. thinking to go with either AGM or gel cell. I called Winnebago, but their tech guy told me to call an electrician. I think I will have better luck with this forum :)
What i need to know is if the charging system in this vehicle can meet the specific needs of the AGM or gel cell, and is it worth the extra cost to go with the gel type battery?
