Do you have enough propane? Are the propane lines clear? Since both issues "seem" to be propane related, that is where I would start.

IMO, Facebook sucks for conversations/threads. Take this thread for example...in FB, it would get pushed down for every new conversation that starts. Finding info is not great in a FB forum.

Any issues with leaks in the roof from the solar panel mounting bolts? Any issues with roof cleaning or maintenance since the solar panels block easy visual roof inspection?

I am also in Albu. Everywhere I go I see people wearing face coverings as required. Social distancing happens, but can be difficult in some stores. I'd love to see the stats on what age group is increasing in NM and info on contact tracing. We have plans to move to Farmington this weekend. If that is prohibited, we'll stay where we are before moving to AZ. As for "unnecessary travel", different people have different thoughts on what is unnecessary.

The Victor traps with the plastic activator are better than similar traps with the metal activator. A little peanut butter on the center of the plastic gives a place for the rodent to put their feet on the sides of the plastic. In my experience, they work much better than the metal ones. As for the glue boards, I was most successful using them along side a trap. The drawback with the glue boards is you have to kill the rodent yourself, vice the trap snapping it's neck. But, I did have one packrat the trap did NOT kill (despite the bar coming down behind it's head) and stuck to the glue board. Regardless, he wasn't getting away and luckily he was a loner. Killed a total of 11 mice and 1 packrat in 2 weeks, then after 3 days of no activity, thoroughly cleaned out the basement with a bleach solution. BTW, a wireless camera with infrared is great for seeing rodent activity in the dark.

Not everyone has a rearview camera. I painted a white line on the center of my kingpin to make lining it up with the hitch jaws easier. Thankfully I have a wireless remote for my landing gear that works from the driver's seat. I use my rearview to get the jaws close, make sure the kingpin is close to centered and at the correct height, then back in.

Since fulltiming for 18 months, I have found our monthly costs are virtually the same as when we lived in a S&B, minus the house-specific costs. One time I told my wife that if we needed to save money, we would stop eating out so much. That is a large, and easily controllable expense. We eat out (usually lunch) about 5 times a week.

Is the hose being stored for periods of time? If not, there may be something wrong with the water source. Many times municipal water has chlorine and other chemicals added at the water plant to kill bacteria, etc.

That is the problem with a color-coded gauge...it is non-specific. The specifications on the Amazon link you provided says it is set to 40 - 50 psi at the factory. Since you're there for only 1 night, I'd just deal with the low pressure you adjusted to and see what happens at the next park. Or, you could contact the office and ask if they know how high the park's water pressure is. If it is 70 psi, your regulator is telling you it's high, but appears to be handled.

Depends on the rig. Some claim to have plumbing that can handle 110 psi. I have my pressure regulator set at 70 psi. It is infrequent I find a park higher than 50 psi. And I ALWAYS use the regulator, whether I need to or not. Just part of my set up routine.
