It would be nice to have a ladies section but doesn't only have to be about driving. It could combine with the recipes, household hints, driving.....anything that we just want ladies to respond to. It could be for giving encouragement, answering questions etc. without the in depth answers the men need..... I quit reading the RDBE a long time ago as it was mostly birthday wishes and not really any information. And any lady could contribute, not just truck gals, but gals who drive motorhomes too.

Thanks Pat, We are in Yellowstone now. Will be in Rapid Ciy late next week to get my drivers license re-newed. Then on to Yuma.

Just arrived in Yellowstone. Going out with Speckmans and Henry and Cindy tomorrow night. Have freeze warning for tonight......buuuurrrrr. I think we only had 2 weeks above 80 degrees this summer. Liked it so much we are going back to Missoula next year. Will see Val and Jim Gehlan in a few days when we stop by Rapid City to get drivers license done.

Hi everyone, remember us??? We are on the road, at Avi Casino in Laughlin, NV. Was going to take off for Las Vegas today, but wind advisory out so staying put til tomorrow. Going to try and go over Hover Dam. Didn't want to tackle that with 40-45 mph wind gusts. Our end trip is to Missoula, MT for a workamping job at the KOA, if anyone is in the area this summer, look us up. Pam and Smokey

We have landed at Mark Twain Landing Resort just west of Hannibal, MO for the summer. We will be working in the concession stand at the water park. If your in the area, stop by and see us, lots to see and do. Our neighbor drives a FL70 and we are trying to convince him to come to the HDT rally in Oct. Says he has heard of them and hopes to attend.

We are staying outside of Tallahasee, FL at Roger and Sue Haddix (Jroger) place. It's sure cold up here. According to weather bug it is suppose to get in the low 20's. Bbbuuuuurrr! They have a really nice place here. ObandSue are suppose to be stopping by also, have never met them, looking forward to it. Stay warm.

We will be heading south end of Dec. and probably heading to Florida. Think we will try staying at Bushnell SKP Park. Where do you stay when you go to Tampa? Maybe we might make a trek over there. Can't wait, it's bloody cold here, 40s daytime, 20s @ night!!

Jack, How long are you guys staying at Summerdale??

We are at Assateague State Park in MD then moving to Candy Hill Campground in Winchester, VA for the winter. If you are traveling down I-81 thru VA, stop in and see us.

We like that campground also. Tried to stay there on the way back east and it was closed due to all the flooding. Pam

Dave, We'll be in the East til after Christmas. Going up to Conn. for a couple rallies and also the New Jersey Good Sam Ralley. Would love to get together. Mark, I think we saw you too but Smokey says it wasn't your truck, that the one we saw had writing on it. Where are you heading to?

We are near Decatur,IL for a week or so visiting relatives. It's 48 degrees tonight, I'm going to have to dig out some shoes.

We just pulled in to Fiesta RV park in Borene(?) TX. Will be here for few days then head west on hwy 90.

Just arrived in Wichita and guess what??? IT'S WINDY!!! Enough said.....

After stopping at the toy store (I-80 Truck Stop) in Iowa, we called Steve and Sandy Flatgard. We are prestenly staying at "Camp Flatgard Wildlife Preserve". The dogs jump down from the truck and froze!! I'm not sure who was more frightened, the dogs or the cows standing at the fence staring at them. Probably heading toward Wichita on Sunday.
