  9. This is REAL folks. I am not on the front lines like Chad is, but we are doing the research and trials to find treatments/cure. This is what I've been working on: helpstopcovid19.com. Collecting data from folks who believe they have been exposed or have been tested and diagnosed. Stay safe and healthy. This too shall pass.
  10. CAT is an option as well. 2k and 3.2k on the small end. Similar pricing to Honda and Yamaha's. https://youtu.be/l4LfzhnGWBk
  11. Did you download the full diagnostic manual linked above? Did you go through the diagnostic steps for the EE code? The manual is very, very detailed and easy to understand. If it worked when you took it in, it must come out in same or better condition. I would contact the shop and if they don’t resolve, contact better business bureau.
  12. Also, if no lights on the display, make sure they cleared the codes out and reset everything. I had no lights and there was a hidden ABS code in the computer that just needed to be cleared. Cleared all codes and then display came back on and everything worked fine after that.
  13. If speed sensors, usually ABS light comes on. air is important. At least 90 psi. Check valve on tank? Any code on display?there is also an in line fuse direct to the batteries that is usually off the battery bank harness.
  14. Full diagnostic manual: . Freedomline Diagnostic Manual
  15. My mileage went up big time. I filled all the way up on way down, filled up before coming back. Burned a little over half the amount after the turbo fix. Cruise on 70 both ways. On way back was uphill too. Weird.
  16. Crazy thing was a brand new turbo from Cummins was only $300 more than local rebuild/reman. I need a new boost gauge now. Mine maxes out at 30 and it is going 32-35 (guesstimate).
  17. closing the loop on this. Spent a couple days with the folks at Haggai. Had me fixed up in 48 hours. Amazingly enough, the intake was clean. the VGT on the turbo was hosed and the actuator/air control valve on the firewall was bad. They think the air control valve/actuator died and then the VGT kind of welded itself shut since it wasn't being activated. New turbo, actuator, air control valve, etc., stayed at 70 whole way home, even on the climbs around Chattanooga. It might have been fixable if the shop I immediately took the truck to would have checked things over vs. just replacing the EGR valve, clearing the rest of the codes and calling it good. I also had them run the exhaust out the side vs. just dump underneath the bed. Always heated up the ramps and I'm sure the generator breathing that exhaust was not good. Nice to hear the turbo whine now. Burned HALF the fuel coming back vs going down. BIG thumbs up to Haggai Automotive & Diesel in Griffin, GA. He also knows the freedomline transmissions well, has all the software, etc.
