You have to understand that a "diagnosis" is required for billing insurance. There is no such thing as "I don't know" in the medical world. Long story short: These product failed to remove or affect the pitch: WD 40 Mineral Spirit (purchased at Walmart) Turpentine (purchased at Ace Hardware) Turpentine seemed to have some small affect on the pitch on the glass and took a lot of rubbing - too much rubbing required for me to try it on the paint. And after sitting in the Arizona sun for a long time, the pitch is really baked on. I will continue my efforts at pitch removal and will respond here with results.

Okay, well I had problems with this thing - cause I don't know what I'm doing with it. My problem with a "system image" is that, after complete, I could not go to the external drive and find the file I needed. I was stumped. It doesn't work that way. But not all is lost, after I did some Google searching I found System Image vs Backup at File Level: Which is the Best and Why? - a very good, quick, easy tutorial. Ultimately, I think that I will want both a System Image AND a File Level backup - which will probably require TWO different external backup hard drives. Macrium looks promising. I think a file level backup has greater importance in the event of a drive crash. At least I could get my files as needed with a file level backup. Thanks, and keep the tips coming.

Doing our homework we found that the ability to carry more "stuff" was important. The Class C is great until one adds all their gear, food, beverages, etc. and finds that the rig now exceeds it's weight limit. So I've kind of ruled out a class C for us.

A new to me feature of Windows 10 is it's ability to screen capture video. For example I want to capture a series of key strokes or an instructional video and access it off-line in a remote location. We've been parked under some tall fir trees for a few days and now have fir pitch droppings on the truck's hood and windshield. Is there anyway to remove the pitch droppings from the paint without damaging it? I'm hoping that maybe mineral spirits might work?
