  1. The RV is currently located in Ocala, Florida. I am selling the RV because I am no longer on the road after the passing of my husband. Pictures can be seen here: http://www.americachoicerv.com/vehicle-details/used-2009-new-horizon-five-star-39rk5ss-1H9FW393X91184788 . There are many extras: Five slides, Triple axle, Hardwired EMS, Voyager wireless rear camera with booster, built in surge protector, Mor/Ryde suspension, Side by Side Dometic Refrigerator, electric/hydraulic brakes (Titan), Solar panels with brand new Xantrex Freedom 458 series inverter, 4 AGM batteries, electric Dometic toilet, 4 Smart LED lights, new C02 alarm, solid wood maple cabinetry, macerator, Suburban range with 2 gas and 1 electric burners, 3 propane tanks, new seals for all slides and the roof was re-sealed and caulked last summer. It is satellite ready with 2 TVs, receiver and surround sound. There are new decals should you want to put them on and new carpet runners for anywhere you'd like to place them. When you look at the page, it is asking $58,000 (they tell me this is for trade-in purposes). I will entertain all reasonable bids. Should you be interested and have any further questions, please let me know. If you call America Choice (the dealer whose lot the RV is on) and they are not cooperative in any way, please let me know (you'd be doing me a big favor in this regard). I thank you all in advance for taking the time to read through this and if you aren't in the market right now but know someone who is, I would be most appreciative if you would pass the info along.
  2. Congratulations on being adopted by Winky. May you both bring each other much joy and happiness.
  3. Before you rush out to buy the gold, please be aware that the price of gold has dropped quite a bit as the price of the dollar has gone down and the euro has been saved for the time being. Nothing is ever as simple as it may seem.
  4. One thing to think of when dealing with mutual funds, especially in this volatile time. If lots of folks want to redeem, a mutual fund may have to sell the good stock holdings as well as their bad stock holdings to make sure they have enough cash to meet all redemption orders. In this regard an ETF may be a better idea but it all depends on your timeline. We are holding tight and like Barbara said, it is time to look for bargains that give dividends. A loss is only on paper unless you sell, so with a longer timeline it is worth it to hold on.
