Wow, as always THANK YOU all so much for the great input and ideas! It really helps to hear from all you "seasoned" pro's on the do's and dont's for my shed. Now a really tough question, how big an area do I need for the turning radius of a 40' motorhome? I want to have a circular driveway where I am building the shed and want to be sure I have enough space. I don't have the motorhome yet, just planning for the future. I'm guessing the turn radius will depend a lot on the unit and it's particular wheel cut, but any suggestions on a "safe" amount of space to plan for would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again everyone
Finally getting closer to starting my shed. Does anyone know anything about Infrared Tube heaters that hang from the ceiling? The building will be 36'W x 56'L and fully insulated since I live in MN. From what I've read online, these infrared tube heaters are very efficient as they heat the floor and everything in the room instead of just blowing warm air around. Once everything is warm, it is easy to keep it warm. It sounds like about 100K BTU should be good for that size space. My big concern is if those "rays" from the heater will hurt the paint on my RV if it is too close? From what I can tell, as long as the nearest object away is at least 60", I should be ok? Any advice from others would be helpful. Thanks a lot
As long as I'm getting all this great insight from you folks, what else would be nice to include in my shed when I build it? 30 or 50 amp power source so can plu in when parked? Floor drains? any other thoughts? Thanks again!
