Hwy 14 at the south entrance of Cedar Breaks, UT, is closed until July due to a landslide. However, if in the Bryce Canyon area, Hwy 143 and Hwy 148 from Panguitch are open into the park.

Good info. Doesn't the campground stay closed (usually) until late June/early July anyways because of snow in the campground?

Don't know ab out the campground. I just talked with a Ranger at Red Canyon to see if the park was open at all. But the Hitch-n-Post CG owner said there has been sonw up there as late as July. THe road was cleared early this year so people could get up there since you can't use Hwy 14.

[Blue Roads]

Hwy. 14 is open weekends and nights now. All weekend open. Nights from 7PM to 7AM. There is NO snow at the higher elevations here, Bryan Head and Cedar Breaks, except in the shade of some trees. Very dry winter.
