I have been a student of fuel savers and emission reducers for awhile now
and there are some legitimate methods. 3 important lessons I've learned
are:
1) Does the product have a patent.
2) Is it EPA registered (because if it is, then it can't void engine warranty
under federal law Magnuson-Moses Warranty Act of 1975);
3) Are there actual success stories (I don't want to be a guinea pig).
4) Does the product save more than it costs by a wide margin.

I'm very satisfied with results I get but always on the lookout for more ways
to save money on fuel, oil changes, engine repair, and reduce emissions.

Soon the Post Office will be evaluating a product I have studied in the
last year; so I will be watching the outcome very closely.

I've been looking into HHO but it seems there are as many believers as disbelievers and as many "good" reports as bad so who knows....

Given the federal CAFE laws anything that can improve mileage while remaining within emissions limits could be sold to an auto manufacturer for enough money to retire in fine style. That makes me a bit suspicious of folks selling such devices for a few bucks to a few people.

Think about what a tenth of a MPG improvement across the board would do for Ford or GM, they spend multiple millions looking for that amount of improvement, even more building it into their new cars.

Yup - one born every minute.

As an electrical engineer that designed electronic devices for the heavy equipment and transportation industry I worked with a lot of auto engineers.
If there was anything that would increase gas mileage without screwing up emissions or reducing engine life I guarantee they would have put it in production in a New York minute.

I would consider trying a mileage saving device IF it has been submitted to the EPA's "Aftermarket Retrofit Device Evaluation Program", and found to be effective.

Hey everybody, I've invented a pill that turns water into gasoline . I'm also very close to one that turns water into diesel but that has proven to be harder for some reason. The first person who sends me a check for two million gets exclusive rights to the gas pill. As soon as the diesel pill is perfected it will also be available. This is a very limited time offer so don't delay!! As soon as your check clears it's yours!! Please hurry my rv payment is coming up in a couple of days .

Rich
