I hope all is going well!! I was in my local "HABITAT for HUMANITIES" STORE THE OTHER DAY and hanging over some furniture was "YOUR" sign "BLUENOSE". iT IS SCROLED ON TO a 1 1/2x8 board with fleur=de=lis type flowerets on each end of the banner, gold letters on a blue background. The sign reminds me of a name plate on an old English war ...

Glad to see your post it's been a while. Question, I have a 1980-83 26" MOTOBECANE that is like brand new,I dont think it even has any scratches on it.
