Recommended Posts

As long as your iPad mini has a built in GPS, it should work.

Co-Pilot will work on GPS mode alone. But most tablets, I-pad or Android usually will default to using WiFi or your Data plan unless it's turned off. On my Samsung, every time we open/power it to use with CoPilot we have to turn off WiFI.

I never noticed this on my Samsung tab. I will need to watch it more carefully.

I have an iPad mini without cell connection. I use a Garmin GLO gps unit. Will the app RV copilot work with this combination?

The iPad without a cell connection does not have a GPS. I would also like to know if Co Pilot would work using a non cell iPad with an add on GPS. Has anyone done this.

Howdy!

Just for a test why do you try the free version of Co-pilot. If it works then invest in the RV version.
