I bet Norcold and Dometic are concerned about this trend. I hope so. Maybe they'll finally build reliable 3-way refrigerators. skp51443 Posted February 16, 2015 Report Share Posted February 16, 2015 A reliable absorption fridge with propane and electric isn't too bad a deal but when you try to run a DC 12 volt heater off batteries is uses a lot of Amps. Not too bad if your engine is running and you have a heavy wiring harness but when parked it is hard on the batteries. First rule of computer consulting: Sell a customer a Linux computer and you'll eat for a day. Sell a customer a Windows computer and you'll eat for a lifetime.
