    • I'm not in California. It is easier for manufacturers to print one warning label that satisfies the legalities of a product in all the places it is going to be sold. Thus, here in Texas we are blessed with Prop 65 warnings.
    • The county's plan is to limit traffic for now. Once a determination is made on what to do to repair or even replace the bridge (yes, that's a possibility) then they may blacktop that section so that the road will last. Gunnison will have severe impacts from this. Already the state has closed the DMV office. There is another bridge that has the same T1 steel that they haven't inspected yet. If they close that one also that takes CR26 out of the picture since CR26 is between the 2 bridges. Crazy times.
    • Since this is a destination trailer//park model, where is it located? What is the monthly park rental cost? Typical utilities bills?

    • Purchased 2020 from Alpin Haus. Professional Maintenance done  by Alpin Haus for warranty. RV winterized in fall. Used 5 times on weekends. Trailer is 40 feet long x 13.5 feet high. Has 3 slide outs.  Patio awning. Amenities: full kitchen with island, storage cabinets, and pantry. Fifteen Cubic foot refrigerator with 4 doors, Full size gas oven, 3 gas burner stove top, microwave, tiled back splash. Dining area has a free standing dinette set. Living room has entertainment center with TV, stereo system (with exterior speakers), DVD player, theater seating (leather), and gas fireplace. Leather sofa (converts to queen size bed). Living room is carpeted. Ceiling fan.  Master BR has king bed, wall closet with floor to ceiling mirrored doors, desk area, TV, second closet with mirrored doors and storage drawers. Two lofts on either side of stairs. Loft BR has 2 full mattresses, carpeted, TV, bedstand, and small storage closet. Second loft area is open to living area with wrought iron railing. Can be used for child play area and/or sleeping. Full bathroom. Shower has glass sliding doors, medicine cabinet with mirror, and sink with cabinet. Trailer has patio door entry.  Second entry door in Master BR. All windows have matching curtains and cordless window shades. Cold and hot water holding tanks. Washer and dryer hookups. Central vacuum cleaning system.
