Blocking cold air from the cab

When camping in cold weather, what are your techniques for blocking the cold air that inevitably comes in through the less well insulated cab of your Class C?

 

We use a down filled blanket to create a "wall" between the cab and the coach and that does prevent the cold drafts from entering our living area and makes a huge difference. Also we did finally learn that we need to turn the dashboard control to "off" on the chassis ventilation system to close the internal vent doors in the cab. But what other techniques have you come up with to limit the amount of cold air that enters your Class C through the cab?

I do the quilt wall to close off the cab. My Lazy Daze also has a bonnet that covers the windshield and door windows. Sometimes using a reflective barrier like a sunscreen or Reflexit could also help. A friend of mine actually built a rigid insulated barrier for covering the cab opening. Very effective when staying put for a long while.

We have a Class A, but have the same problem with that cold air thru the windshield. I replaced the curtains with the insulated backed curtains. If you don't have curtains, you could add some. That would keep more cold out of the cab area and with your blanket, even better. I had tiebacks made with the extra fabric left from shortening them, put velcro on for fastening them back out of the way when traveling.
