For those who like secretive names, I figured out geodog. Mntom I have no idea. This is the challenge of keeping the 2016 Registrations webpage updated.

MNTom have fun at the rally, it is a great time. We cant make it this year. I would tell you to wave as you go by on your way south just before the Iowa border but by that time we will no longer be in MN and will hopefully be in a new home down in South Carolina (Going looking for one next week!)

I put people on the HDT Rally website who indicate they are coming in this thread. Steve Dixon processes the registrations and then send verifications to me. That is why I ask for names so others know who is coming.

So Tom, you will not be on the HDT Rally website until your registration clears Steve and he notifies me.

For those of you that have sent in your registrations in the last two or three weeks, Gail and I have been away from home. We just got back last night. As soon as I get our mail, I will have Mark update the HDTRally.com registrations page. If you haven't sent in your registration, time is getting close.

Hope to see everyone there.

Also, some of you have posted some great PIX on the Facebook Page! Keep 'em coming!

Hey All!

I wonder if any of you can help. I was wanting to try to combine a trip to Forks in Shipshifaraway with a stop at the HDT rally. I would fly from PDX into Chicago then drive to Forks then drive back to Chicago. Then fly to KC drive to Hutchinson stay a couple of days then drive back to KC to then fly back to PDX. I am getting tired just thinking about it.

I really do not want to go to Forks because where they are is difficult to get to and far from the rally BUT I don't think there is any other way to see one or more CC's in person as they do not do show models and I did not see any CC owners on the rally list. I do want to stop in at the rally to do some investigating into the full timing lifestyle along with checking out everyones rigs.

I need to figure out the best way to accomplish these different things in one trip. I also need to figure out what days would be best to be there since I cannot stay the whole week. Also, do I need to register and pay the fee just to hang out for a day or two?

Thanks, Chris

Unfortunately Forks does not have a coach to bring with them and no one that is listed as attending has a CC.

I was just looking..... Only one other person (so far) besides me is registered with a little truck. I am going to feel so small there......... But I am still looking forward to it!!

No problem there, just add a Mack Bulldog for a hood ornament and tell everyone that Blue Beacon shrunk your truck on the way to the rally when they washed it with hot water.

Either way, I think you will have a blast and find that the people are very friendly and helpful. Will see you there.

I think I would rather use a Volvo emblem.......... When I used to drive the big trucks there were a ton of R model Macks on the road and I an not a big fan of them......... :P

I'll second that thought on the "R" models. Rugged and tough, and crude as all get out. But even my CH pales compared to the Volvo. One model year apart, but light years difference in comfort.

But, I have a spare Bulldog ornament I would part with..........

I am not sure if it matters but on the registration page under our name it says that we have a DRV Mobile Suites and we actually have the 2008 Powerhouse Coach built on a Volvo.
