Sunshine1
What works best? I have damp-rid in closets, but a friend suggested I buy a small dehumidifier. Any suggestions? I just started full time RVing. Thank you for any idea's!

LFDR3116
We have a small Eva Dry. When I have to replace it, I will get the medium size instead of the small one. It works well and it's quiet. I would also suggest more than one. We are in a motorhome and could use 1 for the bedroom an 1 for the front. Pat DeJong

Sunshine1
My travel trailer is 28 ft long, so I believe you think I should have one in front and one in back?
Kirk W
A great deal depends upon where you are, particularly in cold weather. If you spend your winter in the desert and it is warm enough that you don't keep everything closed up all of the time, they you may not need to do anything. If you are where it is cold most of the time in winter and you never have an open window, then you will need something and might want two small units. If you spend your winter in the Pacific Northwest, you will need at least one, perhaps two depending upon the size of the dehumidifier. While we traveled with a dehumidifier, when wintering in the Yuma area we never needed it. When we wintered near Monterey, CA we did use it a lot. In south TX we used it when closed up for a cold snap, but not when weather was warm so that we opened windows. In south FL to the best of my memory we didn't use it much, if at all. coachmac9
You'll love them!! They look like little R2 D2's from Star Wars and make almost no noise.
cpaulsen
We tried the small ones.......and ended up getting one that holds a gallon of water which we empty about once a day here on the Oregon Coast in the winter.. And it works great in our 36' 5th wheel.
Shadow Catcher
I am using two of the 333 in a teardrop trailer and plugging them in frequently to 'recharge' so yes they work, just do not expect a huge reduction.
