Fulltime rving in a vintage rv in San Diego

It has gotten very tough to boondocks in San diego since they changed the laws. The rv parks should be making a killing but instead they all passed new rules saying you have to be 2004 or newer. They let some 80's and 90's slide but we have a 60's rv and are finding it impossible in San Diego areas unless we go way north county.

Anyone else having this trouble with a vintage rv?

Must be nice to be able to turn business away.

You might want to try the other side of the border. There are some pretty inexpensive places to park south of Tijuana and it's not all that far back to the border if you absolutely have to get up there.

Otherwise you could head east into the mountains. There is an SKP co-op park that way, too. Is there some reason you absolutely *have* to be in San Diego proper?

Wow, that is shocking!!

Where in San Diego county are you talking specifically, I am assuming Ocotillo Wells???

If you are still apt to stay in the San Diego area, have you tried north of the freeway 15, right down from Bonsall or Fallbrook???

BEAUTIFUL Mountain area's and also close to running water!!!

I dont think Santee Park would turn you away. Its about 15 mins from the bay.

There are many places that are not within the San Diego city limits. I'm sure you will find a place. Santee, El Cajon, Lakeside, La Mesa, Chula Vista, etc.
