cleaning roof with solar

My roof cauks and causes streaks on coach if not cleaned about every 3 months. Good scrubbing. If one fills roof with solar, do you just live with the streaking or am I missing something here

We elevated our solar panels just enough to be able to shoot a stream of water under them. There's an RV wash at Mystic Lake Casino south of Mpls/St Paul that's a DYI power wash with gangways you climb to get high enough. When on the road we used Blue Beacon but they just shoot the water from the ground so it's not as complete a job but it did what it could until we got back north in the spring.

Wonder if its something you are adding to your wash water or residue left behind that is chalking up the roof.. Mine gets a fair amount of dust in the Summer but after a few good rains it cleans right off. I wash the sides but never worry about the roof.

Many people install their panels so that they can be tilted to get better angles for the sun. This also allows them to be tilted so you can get under them to clean the roof.

I have done lots of roofs and have found that while simple green is a good cleaner, it leaves a film. A better cleaner by experience is blue Dawn in a very small quantity and then use 303 Protectant which I have found will seal the roof and should minimize the streaking. Hard to clean areas, like the caulking, can be cleaned with mineral spirits and a cotton towel.
