Chalkie
We have a Progressive Industries EMS-PT50C. At that end of our last trip I thought something had gone wrong with it. Since we've had a patch of nice weather I have been out rearranging things in the camper, lightening up as much as possible and when I went into the 'electrical' container I remembered the EMS issue. I called their tech support and it was AWESOME! Right away the tech identified what he thought may have happened. However, he had me gather up some adapter plugs and my volt/ohm meter so I could plug it into the house to do some troubleshooting. I should add here that to do this took a bit of time, so when I called back and asked for that tech I was totally floored that he took the call in less than 30 seconds!! We went through a series of steps and all along the way he kept his explanations in layman's terms, all the while being very instructive. He also recommended a book in our conversation that VERY clearly talks to RV electrics. In the end, we determined that there was nothing wrong with the EMS, and the fault was mine for not really believing what it was telling me. Lesson learned!! If you all do not have an EMS of some sort I highly recommend Progressive Industries. The tech support I got today has made me a lifelong customer. Andrea5
We bought an EMS from this company years ago, and also have found their customer support absolutely first rate. Plus, the product is excellent and warned us many times over the years about pole problems--you know, the kind the owner insists "nobody else ever complained about." Newt
I've had 4 Progressive Dynamic products so far. What is great is that they have needed no customer service. Britcon
Adding my thumbs up to Progressive.......we had a massive surge at a campground in North Carolina. Didn't realize we had damaged the Progressive unit until I plugged in at the next campground. Called Progressive - they had me send the damaged unit to them, and we got it back 3 days later at no charge ! Great product and company !
