Success with refurb.

Early last month, I asked if anyone had dealt with RV Ready in Temecula, CA. Couldn't find a review on RV Service reviews, but did find other reviews. I went ahead. Here's what I posted on RV Service Reviews:

We gave RV Ready a challenge, and they rose to the occasion. We wanted new carpet and vinyl flooring in our 2006 Monaco Monarch. We had a trip scheduled to Japan, and wanted the work done while we were gone. The trip was just over 2 weeks. The one proviso was there was no extra time. We had doctors appointments that couldn't be moved. Marcus, the service manager, made some very positive suggestions for materials. On the way to drop-off, I decided to fill with propane down the street. In backing out, I hit a bollard post, scraping the rear corner of the rig. RV Ready has a complete body shop, and Marcus said they could do the job in the time frame, if the insurance company cooperated.

I did make followup phone calls from Japan, more to the insurance company, but when we returned, all was done perfectly, right on time. And the coach looks beautiful both inside and out. Don't confuse RV Ready with another company down the street with a similar name. That outfit has bad reviews!
