Yes, but I don't do Picasa....only Photo. So that is out. And they are getting rid of Picassa. The only way I can find to do this is with a link. I can find no way to embed a photo directly from Google into a forum. You can do it into Twitter, Facebook, etc, since they have those apps directly integrated into "Share", but not into a forum.
