  1. That would have been us. Heading to western North Dakota on Thursday (National Park) for four days then off to Glacier National Park for a week then on to Washington and Oregon.
  2. Bonnie and I arrived at our property in Wisconsin (Westfield) today (5/9). We will be spending the summer here till about the middle of September.
  3. The last time we were at the show was in 2006 and they had wheelchairs and power scooters for rent at that time.
  4. Bonnie and I made it to the Rio Grande Valley and our lot in Retama Village this afternoon. We will be spending the winter here and hitting the road again next spring.
  5. Working our way south to the Rio Grande Valley (Retama) for the winter. Pulled into Tom Sawyer at West Memphis, AR. this afternoon. A great afternoon on the benches along the migthy Mississippi with a bottle of wine with Bonnie watching the barges. We will spend a couple of nights here. Tomorrow we will make our way across the river into Memphis for a evening on Beale Street for some ribs and music; well maybe a beer or two also. On Wednesday we will continue south to Vicksburg, MS. where we will spend a week, doing all the civil war stuff and a little gambling.
  6. We are now at our summer property at Westfield, Wisconsin. Westfield is 60 miles north of Madison and our property is 3 1/2 miles east of I-39. If you are traveling in the area give us a call or email.
  7. Dennis: We arrived in Wisconsin yesterday also, it was fun towing in that wind. Bonnie and I are setup over at our 7 acre site by Westfield, 3 1/2 miles east of I-39 (exit 113) on county route "E".
  8. Bonnie and I made it to Junction City, Kansas. We are at the New Horizons factory to pick up our new forty-five foot New Horizons Majestic fifth wheel. Not sure how long we will be here, spent the afternoon getting the Teton parked and the New Horizons pulled in along side (door to door). Tomorrow we will place a walkway from door to door and start moving. They have a few minor things to finish up and I will have to get a punch list done. I have seen a couple of minor things and there may be an extra shelf or two to add. All in all after first look we are very pleased with what we have had built, and the workmanship of the trailer. We will post a link to pictures in the near future.
  9. Bonnie and I are in Fredericksburg, Texas at the Fredericksburg RV Park. We will be here for a week, leaving on Tuesday April 13th. Looks like we will have a good week to explore the hill country on the Harley.
  10. Bonnie and I are in Gulf Shores, Alabama till the 18th of November at Gulf Breeze RV Resort visiting with friends. Talked about leaving with the upcoming hurricane (Ida) but we decided to add a hurricane to our bucket list. See you in Retama Village on the 20th.
  11. Bonnie and I are set up on our almost up north property (AKA Quinn's Frog Pond), located by Westfield, Wisconsin. Last Tuesday Bill & Kathy Bevington left after spending a week with us. We will be spending the entire summer here as we have many projects, on this new to us property.
  12. Wow Jack, you must drive farther and faster when your butt is cold. Then you tell me your driving two days in a row, is this the same Jack we all know.
  13. Bonnie and I got to our winter home (RV Lot) at Retama Village in Mission, Texas today at about 2:30 PM. Was set up enought by 4 PM to attend the happy hour / meet your neighbor at the club house. Have to get car we leave here moved (dead battery) tomorrow so we can get into the coach house and get the patio table and chairs out. Then we can get the coach house ready to enjoy as additional entertainment area. All the yard areas and the flower beds are looking great with a summer of growth. Will be staying here for the most part till spring comes to the north country.
  14. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. You never know what you don't have until you don't have. Gail has been doing really great. I know he's still hurting but he's taking commands really well. I just sit in my chair and call them out. Don't know how much more he'll take but I'll take advantage while I can. My cast will be on for three months....nothing more said. Looking forward to seeing all this Sept. Enjoy the rest of summer. It's really beautiful up here in Alaska. Bonnie
  15. Bonnie & I will be leaving on Monday May 7th from Portage, Wisconsin to spend the summer in Alaska. Will be returning to the lower 48 the first half of September.
