Koni Adjustables - F53 V10 - Front Pair

I have a front pair of Koni Adjustable's collecting dust in my garage. They had less then 5K on them, when Koni came out with the FSD's, which I installed on our old Bounder. Check your application closely, bit these are the 88 series if memory serves me. Suppose to fit all V10 F53 applications. If it helps to be sure, mine was on a 99 F53 V10.

$75 for the pair, and I'll ship anywhere in the 48 states - want to see them being used, and the new owner of the Bounder has not returned calls.

Thanks,
Smitty

Rent or Buy RV lot in Cypress Bend RV Resort

Cypress Bend RV Resort is located in Estero, FL, about 12 miles south of Fort Myers. It is a condominium community of 401 sites, about 10% of which are RV sites. My site is for sale for $55K. The address is 8612 Covewood Drive, Estero, FL. It is currently rented and a new owner would either have to wait until May 1, 2011, to take possession, or buy it earlier and collect the rents to off-set part of the cost. My taxes last year were $348. The maintenance fee is $275 per quarter. That's $121 per month year-round for ownership. Maintenance is very low because much of the work is done by volunteers. Need an addition to your pad? You pay only for the materials. CB has its own "concrete crew."

If not sold, then the site is for rent. From May 1 to October 31 the rent is $350 per month plus electric. Minimum rental is one month. Preference is given to multiple months. From November 1 to April 30 the rent is $750 per month plus electric. And again, preference is given for multiple months. Six months' leases win. Email fchammer1@aol.com

2003 Country Coach for less expensive Class A

I have had this beautiful coach for two years, one year on new tires and batteries, everything works. To reduce my payments, I will trade for a less expensive Class A - Country Coach or similar would be preferable. I really want a washer/dryer in any coach I own.

My coach is very well equipped, 7k generator with auto start, washer/dryer, hydronic heat, 50 amp, 2k inverter, double pane windows, full body paint, polished aluminum wheels, new in-motion satellite antenna - tons of other stuff. Solar system does not go with coach. 48,000 miles, generator and chassis PM last six months.

Things that could be improved: 2003 era electronics (no flat screens, but very nice Panasonic CRTs), Bose surround sound system needs work, old DirectTV receiver, alarm system connections needed to remotely unlock doors and interior motion sensor hooked up, rear AC needs new gasket at some point. All of this stuff works well enough I have not bothered to fix it.

The coach I trade for will have to be comparably equipped and condition.

This trade is unlikely to happen, but I am open to it. Email me with questions.

My coach comes with a $149,000 mortgage, offset by your Class A's worth as determined by NADA.

Located 70 miles south of Amarillo.

jjgnn@yahoo.com

Toad for sale

I've decided to sell my 2003 Honda Accord EX toad. It is Desert Mist Metallic(light brown to me) and has approximately 64,000 miles on it. I bought it from my mother in December, 2006 with 19,000 miles on it. It has Roadmaster brackets installed, plus an air brake-activated M&G supplemental braking system. I performed the 60,000 scheduled maintenance. All other recommended maintenance has been performed on schedule. The automatic transmission fluid has been changed every two years as Honda requires for use as a toad. It has almost new Yokohama Avid V rated tires, plus beautiful aluminum wheels and a custom pinstripe.

Brett Harrison

Solar Panels, Controller, Inverter
Complete system includes Kitchen-Sink and Refrigerator.

The parts to the solar system include:
4 x 55-watt Siemens solar panels ( each 3.1 amps at 17.7 volts )
tilting roof-top panel racks
#10 wire from panels to junction-box on roof
#6 wire from junction box to charge controller
12-volt-dc lightning arrestor
Heliotrope RV-30S pulse-width-modulating auto-equalizing tapered charge controller
#6 wire from charge controller to shunt and fuse on way to batteries
100-amp fuse
200-amp shunt (to allow monitoring all input / output to batteries)
2-0 welder cable (flexible, high conductance wire) to batteries
[the 3 pairs 6-volt golf-car/cart batteries have "expired" -- you would need to decide on replacements ]
2-0 welder cable between batteries
Hydro-Caps for batteries (catalytic recombination of hydrogen & oxygen back to water)
Heart Freedom-10 1000-watt inverter / charger with remote control panel
20-amp short shore-line on input to inverter (actually #10 wire/cord with 20-amp plug)
50-amp plug-receptacle on output of inverter for trailer shore-line connection
240-volt-ac lightning arrestor in trailer breaker box

Some original information on the solar system can be viewed at Solar System http://www.davidmc.org/solar.html where there are links to pictures of the components.

The refrigerator is a Norcold dual-voltage compressor operated refrigerator.
The California State Parks are looking for volunteers for the winter in Ventura, Ca. I will return to Emma Wood State Beach this winter and we need 2 more park hosts. You will park at the Emma Wood Group Camp but work 18-20 hrs ( a couple can share the hours) over at the entrance booth at the campground 1 mile away. A background & fingerprint check is required and paid for by the parks. We have spent the last 2 winters in this area, it is lovely, not as busy as LA county, lots of agricultural areas, produce stands by the road. Shopping is close, ride your bike to the store 4 blocks away. You are parked oceanfront. One site is 30 amp and you need a macerator, one site is 50 amp, no macerator needed. Contact the volunteer coordinator Kevin at kenns@parks.ca.gov, he will give you all the information and dates. ***Yesterday I posted the wrong email address, I just fixed it.

TS-3 Air Ride Hitch for sale $1500/SOLD Please Delete

For sale is very lightly used (one trip from California to Florida) TS3 air ridge hitch for 5th wheel towing. Reason for selling is I am moving to a Class A coach.

From the website: "One of its best features is the ability to install it on standardrails, such as Reese, Valley, Drawtite, Husky and RBW. This makes it removable so you still have your truck bed for other uses. The TS3 is rated for Trailers with a pin weight of up to 4500 lbs and a total weight of 20,000 lbs. The standard TS3 is $2595.00 + shipping."

I cannot ship due to weight. If you want to arrange shipping, I can have it available at a commercial business provided all arrangements are made by you for crating and removal from my pickup truck bed. Hitch is located in Edgewater, FL. I can meet or deliver in the east central FL area. (Daytona Beach, Titusville, Deland) If interested I will email pics also. Thanks for looking.

SOLD PENDING FUNDS

Volunteers needed at small grass runway airport (Southern Indiana)

A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE at a scenic grass runway airport in Southern Indiana located along the Ohio River.

Outdoors person or couple needed to become involved in our "airport family" as a "handy man" with varied responsibilities which might include maintenance, painting, event help, landscaping, cleaning, grass mowing, misc. (approx 20 flexible hrs per week) in exchange for FHU (water, sewage, electricity).

Start anytime thru mid-Oct but we prefer a minimum of a 2 month stay.

For 2010, we've recently been able to add more acreage to the airport grounds and recently decided that it would be nice to have some on site volunteer help again this year. So, if your plans have changed for this summer or you didn't find 'THE' place to be this summer and are still looking, we'd love to talk to you about our opportunity.

Be sure to visit our website: www.LeeBottom.com.
If you are interested, please E-mail resumι, photos, & work kamper references to: info@LeeBottom.com.
We'll email you an information sheet about us, the airport, the position, and the area in which we live to help answer any questions and follow it up with a phone interview.

To see the experiences from the work campers from 2005 (Pam and Kirk Wood), visit their website.
http://www.adventure.1tree.net/index.php?o...&Itemid=202
And from 2009 (Larry and Sharon Hagen): http://boogity-boogity-boogity.blogspot.com

Safety Net

In a lot of the trucks I looked at before purchasing my Volvo 770 there was a net usually crammed in one of the cubby holes. Unfortunatly I didn't find one on my truck. Am looking for one. My 13 year old loves to take a nap while on a long trip and the air ride seat on the passenger side doesn't recline enough. Tell her when I get the net she can sleep in the bunk. Priced one at the Volvo dealership yesterday, but they didn't have one in stock. Checking here, ebay and looking for other suggestions.

Thanks,
Rod

Washoe Lake State Park is actually 15 miles so of Reno and 4 miles north of Carson City. I am the current park host. The rangers would like a park host for the winter. Yes, it gets cold (18) and yes, it can snow. One of the loops of this 49 site park stays open all winter. There would not be many duties. Shopping is close, all the stores & grocery, Wal Mart, Home Depot, Costco, Target, dollar stores, etc. Cel phone & aircard reception is good. There is 30 amp elec & water at the site but you must have a macerator. The waste water must be pumped about 80 ft to the septic line. Some remodeling will be done to the bath house in July, so the distance may be shortened. You may contact Jennifer Dawson, Park Supervisor & Ranger Tues thru Sat or Donna Silva, Park Ranger, Sun thru Thurs at 775-687-4319 or send a resume to 4855 Eastlake Blvd, Carson City, NV 89704.

2006 Open Road 40' fifth wheel

I am listing this for Marvin. He has been diagnosed with a terminal cancer and is getting off the road.

2006 Open Road 40' fifth wheel made by Pilgrim International $30.000

This unit is set up for Snowbirds. We lived in it for two winters, lots of room and storage. This camper has a large living room with a hide-a-bed and a large slide-outs on each side of it. These slide out makes the living room nearly 14 foot wide. French doors separate the living room and kitchen. The Kitchen has a pantry that rolls out, a ceiling fan, wraparound counter, double sink, microwave, stove/w oven, and a refrigerator that has dual power. There is a W/D hookup in a closet in the kitchen, or a good place for a 2 foot by 2 foot deep freeze. The bathroom has a large standup shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed set in another slide out, lots of storage space, large closets with mirrored doors, and extra closets’ on either side of main closest.
For Sale or trade: KVH TracVision, full mobile TV/DVD system.

My wife and I aren't TV people. Haven't even owned a TV in about 15 years. But we just bought our Lazy Daze motorhome to start fulltiming in, and it came with this awesome satellite TV setup. So I'd like to sell the whole system, or will consider trades for some stuff I need, like a new set of tires for the RV, or additional solar panels.

A disclosure right up front. I have no idea how the system works. But I know it does work. The seller demonstrated it to us and it worked great. It's designed to work with the DIRECTV network, but I don't have an account with them, so I won't be able to demonstrate it.

Here's what it includes:
-- KVH TracVision LM dome. Purchased new in 2001 by the prior owner for $1,900 (I have the receipt).
-- DIRECTV receiver.
-- TWO Samsung flat-screen TVs, each 19" diagonal, one white, one black.
-- A Phillips DVD player
-- Remote controls to work everything.
-- Original owners/installation manuals for everything. Yes, everything!

All of this is currently mounted to my 1998 Lazy Daze 30' motorhome. I could unmount it and ship it all to you, in which case you will pay actual shipping costs. Or you could come to me and take delivery. Or we could possibly meet at an installer in my area and simply swap everything over. I am located in Sacramento, Calif.

(The TVs by the way, each will come with the mounts that currently attach them to my RV. Both are adjustable wall mounts. Both TVs, by the way, also include inputs that allow them to function as computer monitors.)

Well, that's a lot of information. I don't really know what this whole system is worth. But I'm going to take a stab in the dark and ask $800 for everything. Here's links to some pix of the components:

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4014/471799..._17723def9a.jpg

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4014/471799..._17723def9a.jpg

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4068/471801..._82ed8b6724.jpg

http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4022/471868..._15f63eb36b.jpg

Thanks for looking!

Rent our Waterfront Pensacola Area Florida RV space

ENJOY PRIVATE SITE ON BLACKWATER RIVER, MILTON, FLORIDA (PANHANDLE/PENSACOLA AREA
Enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or boating? Park on a nice, waterfront, paved slab in a very quiet park-like setting that has 50-amp service. Private property with a beautiful view of river. River leads to the Black Water Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The setting is private and has a spectacular view. You feel as though you are in a forest, yet you're only a mile from town. Lots of restaurants nearby. We travel most of the year in our RV and hope to find a nice, responsible and quiet Caretaker that could stay for several months or longer and help keep an eye on the property while we are gone. We're looking for someone who could mow the lawn twice a month, which takes about two hours each time. Property is one acre. Riding mower and yard equipment available at home. Cost is $450 per month, or simply enjoy the site without yard work for $550 per month which includes, sewer, water and trash. We charge $75 per month for electricity - at least until we're able to install a separate meter. Then you would simply pay for your use. Available immediately. For pictures and more information please contact us at the link below. Thank you.

http://www.rv-camping-lifestyle.com/rv-lot...-Pensacola.html
