I haven't posted in a while,,  When we were at Pilot Knob the 19th of Feb Delcie had a heart attact Lucky we were at Yuma where they have a great hosp. and Cardilogest. She was in ICU on a ventilator for five days and in the hosp. five more, then in rehab for five more. Even tho she was weak we did make the Escapade. We enjoyed time with Terry and Jeri and Jeff and Tina, we are now at our homebase at Paducah Tx. Delcie is weak but doing well. We did have to give  up our camp host job in Colo. because of the altitude. Don't know how much traveling we will do for a while. Maybe we will get a NM state parks pass and spend the summer checking them out. Hopeing everyone is well and having fun.

LIFE IS GOOD!!!

Sorry to hear that Delcie has had health problems, but glad she is on the mend.  That said, Freddie are you real sure you want to spend the summer in Texas?  Remember that ole Rainmaker Jeff is there also so you will prolly have wet weather and FLOODING.

Hey Jeff, your welcome, always willing to lend a hand.  That said, old man winter just doesn't seem to want to let go up here in the PNW.  We get 1 day of sun followed by 2 or 3 days of rain.  Beginning to get to a whole lot of folks up here.

So we decided to go Camping.  LOL  Sitting in Grandy Creek TT just enjoying being out in the MH for a few days again.

Travel Safe everyone,

Joe

I got to move our peg this morning!  10 weeks in the city was almost more than we could bear.  So it's back to our park in Merritt for a while.  We are here on a "consultant-only" basis with not much work involved.  From here we will be able to scout out and find the motorhome of our dreams.  We start tomorrow with a big RV dealership in Winfield.  We will make it a day away.

I may be late with this then. A few suggestions.

Ha ha, we didn't pay that much.

2013 Thor Challenger - 37 feet, gas engine, 3 slides, lots of bells and whistles.  We love it.

We are waiting for our final funds so it will be a while before we can take possession.

Wow, that was fast. Congratulations! It pays to know what you are looking for.

I don't know if the one I found online is just like yours but it looks very livable. Except that one didn't have an oven. I find it hard to imagine you without an oven. :)

Today we were going from Wichita Falls to Amarillo. Stopped in Childress for gas and lunch. There was no room to park where we bought gas so we went to a Walmart. In the corner of the lot was a Taco Bell so that's where we went. While having lunch my phone ran and it was Jeri. She asked  if we were there, that Freddy and Delcie had spotted our rig. Through all these years we had never exchanged phone numbers so we got to see Freddy and Delcie today. They are looking well and making the best of things. Having a garage sale this weekend too.

We made it to Amarillo with a side - head wind of 15 - 20 mph the whole way. Staying here for at least 2 nights.

Travel safe everyone.

Good for you. But, what with the new ID? I didn't realize it was you until others wished you well and I went back and saw your signature. I mean, we've all had experiences where we wished we were anonymous but... :)
