Have to visit area for Family Issues and to also meet a new granddaughter that was just born June 23rd,2017. Need Full Hook up, 50 Amp and room for large 5th Wheel. Not RV friendly IMO and campground options are EXTREMELY limited especially for long term like you are looking for. Plus Dec-Jan might have very cold temps with sub freezing weather.
