He called a buddy that works for VOLVO in Colorado say it needs to go to dealer to have fan clutch checked and computer settings. Looking on line looks like the closet dealer is either Beaumont Tx or Shreveport La anybody have any experience with either one. Mine was right in line with where I put my foot when I climbed on the engine to wash the windshield and I would kick it apart Brad. It has a cummins N 14 I have called a couple of shops and 1 of them has assured me since it has the Cummins they can check it . If not the closet VolVo shop is 21/2 hrs away. NeverEasy Posted June 15, 2017 Report Share Posted June 15, 2017 Check Fuse 6, should be a 5 amp. This will kill the fan clutch air solenoid and shutoff the A/C diagnostic module. You will not see a green or red light on the module if F6 is blown. I just heard they have been sold recently to Vanguard, so I'm not even sure I can recommend them anymore.
