So much so that she received an injector harness, and now I'm wondering, What is the price for VOLVO injectors for the D-12? NTPA Announcer Posted June 18, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 18, 2017 Well It's done at the dealer.... We will pick it up tomorrow afternoon and talk to the shop supervisor Ron . The truck got a complete new injector wiring harness, new injectors and sleeves, AND there was a connector under the drivers seat that became smashed and ripped out the correct wires to complete the diagnostic circuit. They were going to try to get just the connector and repair it, and that's what I believe they did. So far I have had great customer service with Stykemain VOLVO in Defiance Ohio. They have emailed me updates and have adhered to our timeline for completion. I'll update more after tomorrow. Thank you for the responses and tips of what to use and other advise. NTPA Announcer Posted June 20, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 20, 2017 Picked up the truck tonight. It was just a little dirty inside, but not serious. The work was preformed as required, and the truck runs fine. The Staff is pleasant and I believe knowledgeable in their product. Their labor rate is $90.00 pr.Hr. My only down side, Why doesn't the dealer at least wash each truck that comes in for service. To me that goes the extra step to earn my business...
