It's all we every used to keep moisture and corrosion from exterior connections. It is sometimes hard to find but at a store but you can get it online pretty easy. You want the thick cream it's like Vaseline but non petroleum. It also works great on battery terminals. lanolin is non-staining, non-corrosive, non-static and non-conductive, but does not effect the current flow when used in any electrical or electronic switches, plugs, circuits, fittings, parts or equipment. is that like "FluidFilm?" I have never heard of fluid film all I know is that lanolin grease is great stuff. I use in on all my connectors, I just dip my 7 pin down into it and forget it about. 2016 Western Star 5700xe (Pathfinder) DD15 555hp w/12 speed automatic 3:05 diffs 2005 Newmar Mountain Aire 38RLPK 2 Great Danes

We used Fluid Film on our terminal blocks and any "Open" wiring like a wire terminal lug connected to a starter. Pete Kildow
I have been using Fluid Film on our Tractor and other Equipment battery terminals . And it has done a great job on those items. Also use it under the mower deck. Keeps wet grass from sicking to it. Pete

GeorgiaHybrid
By the way, sitting at MHC Kenworth getting an oil change and the batteries are on sale for $61.99 each. Looks like they have two pallets of them in the parts department floor. 2017 Kenworth T6802015 DRV 38RSSA Elite Suites2016 Smart Prime
