Parking in high wind!

Curious...why would you keep the TV at an angle to the camper?

The reason for the TV to be at an angle is it takes more force to make it tip over. Take a pocket knife (or other folding utensil) and put it on a table while it is folded. See how much it takes to roll it. Then unfold the utensil to about a 45* angle. Try to roll it over and see which on takes more effort.

I wondered the same thing and the logic behind the angle parking. My fifth wheel hitch will tilt 30 deg side to side which would put the camper up on 2 wheels at which point the truck would be overwhelmed.

Edit - Save the truck and get it away from the camper.

After watching this video posted on another thread, I've decided I'd want to put down the stabs, even if there was a chance of damaging them.  And loading up the water tanks.  I'd probably hitch up to the truck too but I'm not sure if if it would help much and possibly cause more damage (to the truck)
