Google Messaage - Your gmail settings are out of date.

System:
Toshiba laptop with i7 running Windows 10. Using Windows 10 Mail.

Have been getting a very annoying message when I open the mail program to check emails. Across the top of the page, there is a message that says 'Your gmail account settings are out of date' and on the far left of the screen there are two clickable choices saying 'fix Account' and 'Dismiss'. If you click on dismiss, it goes away but comes right back. If you click fix, another box pops up and you are asked to sign into Google,

After signing into your Google account, your account that needs fixing is shown, another box pups up saying that WINDOWS would like to: Read, Send, Delete and Manage your email; Know who you are on google; Manage your calendars; and Manage your contacts.... IMO, pretty broad requests for like to's which I prefer to have personal and local control of and not turn them over to big brother so I have just dismissed or closed the whole mess but it continues to return. Well heck, just had another notification that my gmail settings are out of date.

Anybody else having the same problem and if so, how did you get rid of it?

Thanks,
Capt Joe
