I go on TFL in 3 months, May. But my wife will be standard until May 2019. We will look into this closely and see how we get affected.

Having read all of the emails and bulletins they've sent out on this, it looks like the main changes - for those of us on Tricare Standard - will be the combination of the Northeast and Southeast regions into one (East) region and the TPAs (third party administrators) for the plans. I've not payed attention to TFL because I don't get there for another year...
