A little late but we have a camp chef oven with burner and top grill i loved this thing when we used it on our trips until we bought a Moho that has all the appliances now it sits home, it works well in spring to fall, but the oven only gets to 275 degs in winter. If you want to bake in the summer and don't want to heat up the RV this works great. One time I cooked corn bread in the oven, steak on the grill and beans on the side burner all at once, so it's handy in general. i give it an 8 spring to fall and a 5 in winter

Not any more since I downsized my rig, but I used to carry one on occasion and still have it in storage. From what I understand.. a newer model came out a year or so back that is much improved over the one I have. It reaches higher temperatures and is better insulated.

I don't know that I would recommend one for a couple/solo. It takes quite a lot of space and we didn't use it regularly enough to justify lugging it around full-time. A camp stove/barbeque/dutch oven was more than sufficient and convenient to keep the heat out of the rig.

Ours isn't really all that great for actual baking... broiling is out of the question, but it was fantastic using it as a warmer when there was a crowd. We could cook up a whole mess.. keep it nice and hot.. then were able to serve everyone at once rather than in shifts. I'm the opposite of BigMike though. We used ours more in colder weather to keep the coffee pot n vittles hot n ready without everyone having to tramp in and out of the rig.

One thing I will say.. don't count on running your oven much unless you plug it into a full sized LP tank. I think ours claimed to get something like 5 or 6 hours off a 1lb canister.. yeahhhhhh NOT! ;)
