  1. Overlanding Zion National Park is a very unique way to see the park. We start off by boondocking near Sand Hollow State Park and then make the short drive into Zion. It's going to be a good day on the trail. Our overland Ram is built exactly for this trail. It's good at everything but great at nothing. Using this ram 2500 as our tow rig, rock crawler, and overland vehicle allows us to see some pretty unique terrain. We have been to Zion National Park a few times but never seen it this way, meaning offroad. It seems like it's a different perspective getting out on the trails.
  2. RVing Mexico in Baja's East Cape was probably the highlight of our trip down to Baja. Starting in Cabo San Lucas we stop at a Costco and load up on groceries. Getting ready to tackle 60 miles of dirt roads. Overlanding Baja in a truck camper is probably one of the greatest adventures yet. Overlanding in our truck campers allows us to travel at a fast-paced rate and we make easy work of the dirt roads down here. Baja California is very diverse and this video really showcases its beauty.
  3. RVing in Baja is a great adventure, but RV trip planning can be overwhelming. In this video, Melissa and I go through what we did to plan for our trip to Baja California Mexico. RVing or Overlanding Baja California can be quite intimidating when you first start to look into this trip. We compiled everything you need to know to have a safe trip to Mexico. We start with three categories, Items you will need for your camper or RV. Proper documentation and paperwork that is required for Mexico. Also what to expect, the Mexico border crossing, Mexican military checkpoints, and a few other details. Like always we hope you like this video and find it valuable.
  4. RVing Baja California is a very exciting experience, but can you take a large RV to Baja? In this video, we break down the pros and cons of a large RV vs a smaller truck camper and driving to Baja California. After almost one month in Baja California, we are back. We had a great time in our truck camper boondocking on beautiful beaches. The whole trip we were thinking to ourselves, Would we take our 5th wheel to Baja? When we headed south to the U.S. border in a borrowed truck camper this kept going through our minds. With our experience, this video should help you make the right choice if you are planning on heading south to Baja Mexico.
  5. Santa Rosalia is a small coastal town located in Baja California Mexico. In this travel vlog, we drive from Guerrero Negro through Santa Rosalia eventually ending in Mulege and an incredible boondocking spot. Overlanding Baja California in a truck camper has been incredible. It allows us to be extremely mobile and flexible. We discuss some issues we would have had if we were RVing. Touching on an app called IOverlander that we normally don't use in the states. Different styles of travel called for different types of apps. We hope you enjoy these great boondocking locations we stay at!
  6. Hiking in Picacho Peak State Park was an incredible experience. Located just 30 minutes north of Tucson Arizona this hike won't disappoint. It's fairly flat until you start your ascent up the cables. We decide to do this hike in mid-Novermber and the temps were great. Boondocking nearby makes it easy to get an early start. We highly recommend bringing some rubber-coated gloves for the cable section. This is what RV life is all about. Don't forget to subscribe! https://youtu.be/XPrdrPyafNY
  7. Long term travel comes with surprises. In this RVing travel vlog we are headed south from Las Vegas NV to Tucson AZ. Along the way, our 5th wheel has a minor issue. Full time rv living brings its own problems and issues. As we prepare for a travel day we realized that our fifth wheel toy hauler has a flat tire. It's quite a disappointment because the trailer has brand new tires! This boondocking location in Nevada was littered with trash and we picked up a rusty nail. We hope you enjoy our journey to Tucson. Don't forget to subscribe! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oLg659pamfs
  8. This is the story of how we began RVing. As survivors of the Las Vegas mass shooting, mental health awareness was crucial in our process of overcoming PTSD & transitioning from weekend warriors to full-time RVers. While hiking near Mammoth Lakes California we discuss what drives us to be physically active and the everyday decisions that positively affect our lives. We talk about going to therapy for PTSD, hiking, being in nature, and how RV life can have both positive and negative effects on mental health. Life is all about choices, we have chosen to be happy and make positive choices to better our lives on a daily basis. We hope this video helps someone who is struggling out there.
  9. This is not normal! Normally RV life allows us to RV America at our own pace. In this video, we make a long drive with our fifth wheel toy hauler from Jackson Wyoming all the way to Southern California. Towing an RV long distance can be daunting. 12. Virtual Hike in Springtime to Battle Creek Falls Trail. RV Life brings Melissa to the family and dog-friendly Salt Lake City Utah hiking trail to Battle Creek Falls and beyond! In this travel vlog, Melissa leaves Jesse behind and goes out for an adventure endeavor with the girls! The hike to Battle Creek Falls is an easy one mile from the parking lot. Beyond the falls, the narrow trail continues along the creek, up a VERY steep hillside, into alpine territory. This hike is full of small and large waterfalls, huge dandelions, and tons of shale. If you enjoy this video, please subscribe to our channel!
  13. In this video we showing you some things to do in Bryce Canyon National Park! First, we start the day off nice and early at Sunrise Point. Then after a quick 5K, we take advantage of Bryce Canyon's scenic drive. There is no better way to start off a day than an amazing sunrise at Sunrise Point. With a temperature of just 38 degrees F, the view was well worth braving the cold! Then after completing our Xscapers Virtual 5K on the Bryce bike path, we head back into Bryce Canyon National Park to complete the scenic drive. We really hope you enjoy this video, don't forget to subscribe!
  14. We hit some trails while boondocking near Flagstaff, Arizona. Making sure to keep our distance from friends, we head to a nearby 4x4 trail and end up finding more than we thought! This is full time RV living at it's best! Once again we find ourselves in the snow, but that's OK with us! Being from sunny Southern California, snow is a welcomed occurrence! We also come across another giant pile of trash in the middle of the forest. Of course we couldn't just leave it there, so we load it up and take another load of trash to the dump! We hope you enjoy this video. Please be sure to subscribe.
  15. This is RV living on our Adventure Endeavor! Travel days are typically a fun day, but moving can be a bit stressful unless you plan ahead. We try to scout out camp locations, dump stations and cell signal. Planning is key to an easy RV moving day. Traveling is a lot of fun but certain parts can be stressful, so we try to skip the stress and do a little advanced homework when possible. This includes scouting out our new potential camp location. Check the road conditions, entries, and exits in boondocking locations. Make sure there is an easy(ish) plan for dumping and filling the rig. And of course check the cellular signals before arriving with the whole rig! We hope you enjoy this video and get some great value out of it! Don't forget to subscribe!
  16. LEAVE NO TRACE. Dispersed camping and RV living go hand in hand. We do our best to keep our public lands clean. Hopefully you find this video inspiring and share it with your friends. While boondocking just outside Flagstaff, Arizona we start to realize there are large amounts of trash dumped in the surrounding area. On a daily basis we pick up what we can and throw it away when we venture in to the local grocery store. But we find ourselves wanting to clean up even more so we contact the local ranger station to ask if we can bring in a big load of trash and use their dumpsters.
  17. What is social distancing? RV living can be tough. Dealing with isolation while living in a RV can be even harder. After almost 6 days we decided to go out and explore with friends, while keeping our distance! Right now keeping our distance is very important to help stop the spread of COVID-19. It's completely changed the way we think, travel and live daily life. Heading out to the desert to explore, we talk about precautions we are taking to stay safe and avoid contact with others while still trying to maintain a bit of adventure. Hope you like the video and please SUBSCRIBE.
  18. Do you know about the abandoned Nazi camp in Los Angeles? It's called Murphy Ranch is a ranch built in a canyon near Los Angeles in the 1930s by anti-semitic sympathizers. Come along as we take the 4 mile hike into Rustic Canyon to explore the old ruins. The area has been covered with vibrant graffiti that almost makes the area feel like a walking art show. Some of the older buildings have been destroyed but there is still a lot intact. Enjoy the video and please subscribe.
  19. Manzanar Japanese Internment Camp is located in the Owens Valley just north of Lone Pine California. Rv living allows us to explore this country on our time and terms. Rounding out our long weekend in the Eastern Sierras we head over to Manzanar National Historic Site was once the home of over 10,000 Japaneses Americans that were rounded up during WW2. The museum has many exhibits, videos and recollections. This museum is full of history and leaves us a little uneasy. We hope you enjoy this video, please make sure you subscribe.
  20. Xscapers is a group within the Escapees RV Club, geared towards newer generations of RVers. Dry camping at Xscapers Annual Bash was amazing. This was our first event and it did not disappoint. Xscapers is a diverse community with active, adventurous RVers, that work while on the road full or part time! Located in Lake Havasu Arizona the annual bash is the largest event they do all year. Almost 400 RVs and 700 people converge to share laughs, gain knowledge, make friends and memories. This event (our first) is packed with fun activities such a boot camps, hiking, concerts, Olympics and seminars. This is a brief video of what to expect at the event. Hope you enjoy and if you haven't joined the club, you don't know what you are missing.
  21. This video is slightly different from our others! Hopefully that doesn't scare you guys away. RV Life can be difficult and sometimes we need a break. Come along as we take a trip away from the RV. The toy hauler might not be with us but this video is a trip!
  22. In this video we show you how we converted our standard toy hauler ramp door into a patio/porch. Many of these ramp's come like this from the factory but our 2017 Keystone Carbon did not have that option. So we decided to add it ourselves. We are by no means professionals, this is just a simple way we converted our toy hauler ramp into a patio. Now we have a dual purpose ramp, we can load up our toys and then set it into patio mode. Make sure you use hardware strong enough for you exact trailer and configuration. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sChWxAt2mLY

  25. This video was very difficult for me to make, while hiking Mount Washington in New Hampshire, I open up about surviving the mass shooting in Las Vegas Nevada. We attended the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas in October 2017. It changed our lives forever. I now live with PTSD, anxiety and depression. I go into detail about what triggers I deal with on a daily basis. Loud noises, crowds, and confined spaces. I touch on things I have done to cope with the PTSD. Diet change, exercise, quit drinking alcohol and started traveling full-time RV living. PTSD is on going it comes and goes, every day is different and there's a lot of ups and downs. Just like the ups and downs of this video. This was extremely had for me to open up about. My hope is that this helps others with their own mental heath issues. Whether it's PTSD, anxiety, stress intolerance, or depression you need to know that there is help out there. You cannot be afraid to talk about your emotions. I know first hand, if you keep them inside it only makes everything worse in the long run. Now it's almost two years later and I have just started to open up about my struggles. If I can do it, anyone can. IF THIS VIDEO HAS MADE YOU HAPPY, LAUGH, HELPED YOU, TAUGHT YOU ANYTHING OR GIVEN YOU INSPIRATION PLEASE SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY! ***Feel free to subscribe and hit that like button!***
