After a busy week at Escapade, let’s get together for a fun, friendly shooting competition! This HOP will give you the opportunity to participate in safe gun-handling skills, in a competitive, yet friendly, environment. There will be two classes of competitions: revolver and semi-auto. You may choose revolver, semi-auto, or both. A prize will be presented to the best shooter in each of these two competitions. In the event of a tie, a coin flip will decide the best shooter. Paper targets will be supplied, and the distance will be 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 25 yards. Competition will be a 50-round course of fire. Please provide your own gun, ammo, as well as eye and ear protection. I read this topic and it’s helpful. https://www.rvnetwork.com/topic/137485-winter-location-suggestion/ We just started our full time adventure this month. We have an HDT pulling a 36’ fifth wheel. We are looking for less expensive suggestions for wintering in the south. We only have a bit of experience with Florida, and I agree it can be buggy and crowded in most areas. I have family in South Miami which is my only interest. I wonder if Ft Meyers is less expensive than Miami area? According to many, Arizona is just about the best for weather. We have never been there. Texas either. We can find links to RV parks all week long but I’m asking for help to narrow it down if possible. thanks in advance,

Saguaro National Park Travel Vlog! Located just outside Tucson Arizona, Saguaro National Park is a massive 92,000 acre National Park spread out at two separate locations. This park has a lot to offer. On black Friday we decide to get out of the RV and leave our boondocking spot. We take a day trip to Saguaro National Park. Starting the day off with a drive around the Cactus Forest scenic loop. Making a stop at Javelina Rocks to explore a little more. Hiking in Picacho Peak State Park was an incredible experience. Located just 30 minutes north of Tucson Arizona this hike won't disappoint. It's fairly flat until you start your ascent up the cables. We decide to do this hike in mid-Novermber and the temps were great. Boondocking nearby makes it easy to get an early start. Gilbert Ray campground is located near Tucson Arizona. It's in close proximity to the city and offers 30 amp hookups, trash, and large RV friendly sites. RVing fulltime can often come with many expenses. State parks are great if you are looking to save money. Long term travel comes with surprises. In this RVing travel vlog we are headed south from Las Vegas NV to Tucson AZ. Along the way, our 5th wheel has a minor issue. Full time rv living brings its own problems and issues. As we prepare for a travel day we realized that our fifth wheel toy hauler has a flat tire. It's quite a disappointment because the trailer has brand new tires! This boondocking location in Nevada was littered with trash and we picked up a rusty nail. In this full time RV living travel vlog we are finally back on the road as fulltime RVers. Spending the summer in Southern California with friends and family we are excited to hit the road. Our remote jobs allow us to hit the road in our 5th wheel. Heading towards Arizona for one last family get together we stop off at Barstow CA not even long enough to bother unhitching our fifth wheel toyhauler. Then we arrive at Pirate's Cove Resort and Marina where we have the luxury of a full hook up RV site. Living out of an RV fulltime has allowed us to travel all over the country, come along as we get back on the road.

A typical RV travel day! We have some minor issues which remind us full time RV living is not always fun. Moving day in an RV is when you find out what is broken, or you actually break something else! In this video we are on the move again! With many states beginning to lift stay-at-home orders, more places are starting to open up so we decide to seek cooler weather. Finally leaving Flagstaff Arizona, we head north towards Page, Arizona and eventually make it to Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. Off roading our tow rig is one of our favorite past times! Camping near the Cinder Hills OHV area, we head out for a weekend trail ride. Flagstaff Arizona is a great area if you love full time RV living! Cinder Hills OHV area is just outside Flagstaff, AZ. There are many volcanic cinder cones and craters in the area, including Sunset Crater National Monument. The combination of ponderosa pine forest and volcanic sand dunes make the area incredibly unique and like nothing we have seen before. Our tow rig is built for this, with aftermarket Carli suspension, King shocks and 35" tires. It just keeps on ticking!. Hopefully you enjoy the video and don't forget to subscribe!

We hit some trails while boondocking near Flagstaff, Arizona. Making sure to keep our distance from friends, we head to a nearby 4x4 trail and end up finding more than we thought! This is full time RV living at it's best! Once again we find ourselves in the snow, but that's OK with us! Being from sunny Southern California, snow is a welcomed occurrence! We also come across another giant pile of trash in the middle of the forest. Of course we couldn't just leave it there, so we load it up and take another load of trash to the dump! This is RV living on our Adventure Endeavor! Travel days are typically a fun day, but moving can be a bit stressful unless you plan ahead. We try to scout out camp locations, dump stations and cell signal. Planning is key to an easy RV moving day. Traveling is a lot of fun but certain parts can be stressful, so we try to skip the stress and do a little advanced homework when possible. This includes scouting out our new potential camp location. Check the road conditions, entries, and exits in boondocking locations. Make sure there is an easy(ish) plan for dumping and filling the rig. LEAVE NO TRACE. Dispersed camping and RV living go hand in hand. We do our best to keep our public lands clean. Hopefully you find this video inspiring and share it with your friends. While boondocking just outside Flagstaff, Arizona we start to realize there are large amounts of trash dumped in the surrounding area. On a daily basis we pick up what we can and throw it away when we venture in to the local grocery store. But we find ourselves wanting to clean up even more so we contact the local ranger station to ask if we can bring in a big load of trash and use their dumpsters.

Hiking in Sedona, AZ is just what we needed to get us out of the RV for a few hours. Fulltime RV living allows us to hike in incredible new locations. We are Adventure Endeavor, thanks for tuning in! While hunkering down near Flagstaff, Arizona we decide to head a bit South to warmer weather and go for a day hike. We decide on Mount Wilson because this trail offers unparalleled views of Sedona and the red rocks. It's a 10 mile out and back hike from Midgley Bridge. We needed to get outside! While self isolating at our new spot in Flagstaff Arizona we decided to take a day trip drive to Sycamore Canyon. RV living has been great, but we needed a break from the trailer and Netflix. While dispersed camping near Flagstaff Arizona has been great, getting outside has been essential. After filling our water, dumping our tanks and loading up on groceries we were ready for another 2 weeks of social isolation. deciding to get out and explore the area we take a drive to Sycamore Canyon, the second largest canyon in Arizona. Obviously second to the Grand Canyon. It's a wild wet time, many muddy roads and a couple water crossings to get there. RV solar! We finally installed solar panels on our toy hauler. Full time RV living is so much easier with solar. It's definitely not cheap but is a great investment, especially if you love boondocking.If you have been watching the channel for a while you know that we had a solar system installed on our last rig (Keystone Cougar). We swapped rigs over the summer and acquired a toy hauler with a built-in Cummins Onan 5500 generator. This has made it possible for us to boondock without solar and save up money for our full solar install. In the video we talk about lithium vs lead acid batteries, where we went to get the panels installed, and show you all the basics of our system. Hope you enjoy and please don't forget to SUBSCRIBE!

On our way to meet up with some fellow Xscapers we stop off at Truck Haven for some shut eye. The next day we find some free camping near Yuma Arizona, American Girl Mine to be exact. RVing is more fun with friends! A few weeks ago we met Jill and Curt at the Xscapers annual bash. Instantly being connected through off roading, they invited us down to boondock near American Girl Mine just north west of Yuma Arizona. Over the the next few days we did some exploring, off roading and smoked some delicious meats together. We also go to the valley of the names and drive to the bottom of American Girl mine, this is a fun one! Hope you enjoy!

At the Xscapers annual Bash 2020 we took our full size RAM on a jeep trail. We joined fellow Xscapers to hit Redline jeep trail. The tow rig did pretty well and everyone was glad to have us along. This was such an amazing way to jump right into meeting new people at the Xscapers Bash. Our tow rig has been highly modified for towing and off road performance, rock sliders, extra shocks and larger all terrain tires. This trail pushed us to the limit though, trying a couple different bonus lines we ended up needing a small tow strap tug! Everyone on the trail was great and happy to watch us give it a try. Looks like we might need new bumpers though.......we received some minor carnage. Hope you enjoy the video!

Xscapers is a group within the Escapees RV Club, geared towards newer generations of RVers. Dry camping at Xscapers Annual Bash was amazing. This was our first event and it did not disappoint. Xscapers is a diverse community with active, adventurous RVers, that work while on the road full or part time! Located in Lake Havasu Arizona the annual bash is the largest event they do all year. Almost 400 RVs and 700 people converge to share laughs, gain knowledge, make friends and memories. This event (our first) is packed with fun activities such a boot camps, hiking, concerts, Olympics and seminars. This is a brief video of what to expect at the event. We are having more fun on the water. Jet skiing, paddle boarding and picking up floating river trash! Pirate Cove Resort is pretty amazing they have everything you could ask for. If you hang around till the end of this video you can see the amazing sunsets the area has to offer. We also give a quick resort summary/ review! ✪✪✪In this video✪✪✪ We head to the Colorado River with friends for a long hot weekend. This is a family trip that our friends do every year and we happen to keep getting invited! While we were there the temperatures were ranging from 100-120 degrees! It's safe to say that we had to get a little creative considering that our trailer only has one A/C unit. This video has so much fun packed in, boating, volleyball, swimming and much more.↩ Also stick around till the very end, we save a Prius! From a sand pit, our friends took a wrong turn at night.
