  2. Overlanding Moab Utah in a travel trailer has been a great experience. Our smaller Nash travel trailer has allowed us to find some smaller dispersed camping locations. In this episode, our digital nomad lifestyle takes us to a new free camping location just south of Moab Utah. This camping spot is tricky to get to. Starting at the lower main boondocking area where all the larger RVs are we head up the hill. This camp requires us to back down a steep hill, through a ditch, and on an off-camber section. Video might not do justice but this Overlanding camp spot was a tough one.

    Moab Utah

In this travel day to Moab Utah, RVing full-time with our new smaller travel trailer brings us to a remote off-grid boondocking spot. Free camping with a small trailer is the reason we downsized! We have been to Moab Utah many years ago to travel the White Rim Trail. This time we plan on spending a few weeks in the area. With our new travel trailer we plan on getting to more remote or Overlanding type boondocking locations.Taking our travel trailer offroad to this dispersed camping spot is a little more stressful than we thought. Thansk for watching.
  4. Overlanding Zion National Park is a very unique way to see the park. We start off by boondocking near Sand Hollow State Park and then make the short drive into Zion. It's going to be a good day on the trail. Our overland Ram is built exactly for this trail. It's good at everything but great at nothing. Using this ram 2500 as our tow rig, rock crawler, and overland vehicle allows us to see some pretty unique terrain. We have been to Zion National Park a few times but never seen it this way, meaning offroad. It seems like it's a different perspective getting out on the trails.
  5. In this video, we take our tow rig offroad. Our Ram 2500 was originally bought and built for Overlanding. Over the past year, it's been towing our 5th wheel toy hauler all around America. This is full time RV living! About 1.5 years ago we took the leap and decided to start living our lives differently. Bought a fifth wheel and hit the open road, our Ram was originally built with a different purpose in mind. Overall it does great in both fields. Come along as we hit the 395 HWY and do some 4x4 in the Eastern Sierras. We really hope you enjoy the journey, don't forget to subscribe! https://youtu.be/I4of_vAjCi4
  6. At the Xscapers annual Bash 2020 we took our full size RAM on a jeep trail. We joined fellow Xscapers to hit Redline jeep trail. The tow rig did pretty well and everyone was glad to have us along. This was such an amazing way to jump right into meeting new people at the Xscapers Bash. Our tow rig has been highly modified for towing and off road performance, rock sliders, extra shocks and larger all terrain tires. This trail pushed us to the limit though, trying a couple different bonus lines we ended up needing a small tow strap tug! Everyone on the trail was great and happy to watch us give it a try. Looks like we might need new bumpers though.......we received some minor carnage. Hope you enjoy the video!
  7. Continuing to explore the open desert we head over to Burro Schmidt Tunnel in the Mojave Desert. Carved all by hand taking over 33 years, this tunnel goes all the way through a mountain. We enter the tunnel and show you what it's like on the inside and all the way through. On this adventure I have gotten pretty good at crashing our drone and Melissa finds a unique use for the GoPro. After spending a good amount of time exploring around the tunnel we cut back across the desert. Attempting to find another mine but the road conditions wouldn't cooperate.
  8. We are back in the snow! New Years weekend takes us out into a snowy winter wonderland once again. Come along as we put the tow rig to the test as we hit some slushy 4x4 trails. Out in the California desert once again, to do some offroading in the snow and mud. California RV travel in snowy weather can make for difficult traffic conditions! We meet up with a friend to go exploring but the trail conditions throw us for a loop.
  9. We take the journey from Deadwood South Dakota to Wyoming just outside Grand Teton National Park. The drive is quite long and when we arrive we are super tired. While looking for a good camping spot with decent cell phone service, we go down a road we shouldn't have been on with our 5th wheel. Getting out of this area requires a steep uphill rutted road and four wheel drive! The following day I drive into town and reflect on the great dirt road driveways we have had lately! We head over a near by camp to meet some other RVers that we were in touch with on Instagram. This area is absolutely beautiful and might be my favorite place in the country. We are looking forward to exploring the area for the next week! Hope you enjoy the video! ***Feel free to subscribe and hit that like button!*** https://www.youtube.com/c/adventureen...
  10. We make it to an epic Boondocking spot just outside of Badlands South Dakota! We finish our drive to Badlands national Park (well just outside of the park), before we get there we camp on the Missouri River. We are so excited to be out west again, more Boondocking! The Boondocking spot we land at is just outside Badlands National Park and it's absolutely amazing. Camped on the edge of a cliff, we plan on staying in this location for a week! The roads were quite muddy getting in but, but of course the Ram made it. After we dropped the trailer, of course I had to do a little off roading! ***Feel free to subscribe and hit that like button!*** https://www.youtube.com/c/adventureen...
