  1. Thanks to everyone for their encouraging replies! I just have the unlimited plan on the jetpack, I have Consumer Cellular for our phone carrier...could get unlimited plan thru them but it's not truly unlimited data and can only have 1 device on it at a time but we have definitely more than 1 device in use at same time. Gonna go ahead and get a new Jetpack and change the sim card and we'll see what happens. As I have said many times (just before the s#$% hit the fan) what's the worst that could happen!! Thanks again!
  2. I have a 5501 Verizon jetpack with the old, true unlimited plan. I want to keep the plan and to do that I can't make any changes, none, nada, zilch or I will lose it. I want to upgrade my jetpack but if I buy a new one from Verizon that is a change and I lose my unlimited plan. I've been told I can buy a jetpack from a 3rd party vendor, E-bay for instance, replace that device's sim card with my current sim card and keep my unlimited plan. Has is anyone done this and is so, does it work? I'm not real tech savvy so am hesitant to make the purchase.
  3. I was so disappointed when they passed her over for Post Mistress. She is the glue that has held that P.O. together forever. When the "hard case" gave us such a hard time about the office holding and forwarding our mail, Julie offered to pick it up herself, take it home and forward it when we called. We were able to make other arrangements but the offer was very much appreciated. Just curious, were are ya'll located when you are off the road and in Medina? We are on Mesa Verde Rd across from the Children's Home.
  4. Medina is our home post office and yes, she went strictly " by the book". For years the post office would hold our mail and then send it to us when requested in prepaid flat rate envelopes that we had left with them. When she took over that came to an abrupt halt 2 days before we were to leave for the summer which left us scrambling for a way to handle our mail for the next 6 months! She did retire but sadly passed away at an early age. The post office is MUCH easier to work with now..if you need help, ask for Julie...she is a GEM!
