    • Carl, It was worth the drive up to have them install it. Weld on brackets and bolt to the brackets. It was a 7 hour drive from Nashville. They will have you done in a day.  We just did the remodel on the Teton before moving in. (interior wall paint, cabinets sanded and painted, floors, appliances, fixtures, etc.) In addition to the mini-split and Fisher Paykel dishwasher, I highly recommend getting rid of all carpet. So easy to keep clean. I do wish I would have done radiant heating under the floor. Would have been an incremental spend. Since all the floor is floating, I may pull it up in sections and install down the line. Step Warmfloor seems to be the ticket. https://www.proudgreenhome.com/articles/radiant-floor-heating-for-rvs-and-travel-trailers-makes-camping-more-comfortable/ Also, I would consider residential refrigerator and if you are doing the winter thing, the Cheap Heat system looks nice. The guys at RVs for Less in Knoxville are a dealer. And if you don't already have one, Truma tankless water heater is awesome. (RVs for Less installed ours.) The other thing to consider is 17.5 inch wheels and tires.
    • Unfortunately, your memory will get worse as you get.....um.........whatever..... Also the problem will still go on until there is a software update or something. Just remember the F5 button..........
    • Last year I had to return 2 items. Amazon wanted one returned UPS and the other via the Locker. Called up and sorted that out, both went UPS.
    • Quite a few people tow Mini Coopers, so earlier this year I checked with the local Mini dealer. They told me that the Mini can NOT be towed four down, no matter which transmission is in the car. Never has been able to be towed four down. Guess all those people who are doing it don't know that what they are doing is impossible. <grin> I suspect that what the dealer meant was that, if I bought one and towed it, they wouldn't honor the warranty. I'm not about to buy a new car that has no warranty, so I told the dealer I'd look elsewhere.
    • Are you still in the area? Those are my people as I am related to about 1/2 of Crawford County. Big Italian family. I am not trying to hijack a post sorry. Anyway please shoot me a text at 702-672-7990 if you are, I can give you some great places to eat and go to. You must go to John's Sport Center on Broadway then eat at Jim's Steak house. I have so many more but please let me know if you are still in town.
